    Happy with service. Baristas are always friendly. At busy times hard to get a seat.

    The person at the register was horrible. Lacked customer service, didn't smile and I had to repeat my drink 3 times (Venti iced green tea sweetened). I waited 20 minutes for my drink with 2 people waiting (they each had 2 drinks). Both of their orders were wrong and had to be made over. When my drink was finally ready, I mentioned the poor service to the barista and she was about to cry. Felt bad for her. She said she knew but it was just the two of them.
    I would have left 1 star but my drink was good.
