I planned my morning extra carefully today to make sure I could fit in a drop-off at the cleaners before my 30min commute to work. I arrive at the drop-off window about 10mins early. I figured “no biggie, I can wait.” …hoping that someone would serve me shortly. Well, opening time (7:30am) came and went and still no service. I noticed a staff member arrive a minute before opening time. I was expecting her to rush to the window (seeing that someone was waiting). But no. I kept waiting... By this time it was well after 7:30 and I needed to get to work. I spend 15 minutes of my morning waiting to get an errand out of the way and was not able to because the morning staff was not responsible enough to make it to work on time. Instead I drove to work with my much needed, dirty work clothes, in my passenger seat. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
